Support Group

The Tuscaloosa SAFE Center offers a weekly support group for survivors of sexual violence. This ongoing group meets on Wednesdays from 5 pm–7 pm and provides a safe, supportive space for survivors to connect with one another.

Support groups are effective in reducing isolation and building coping skills to support survivors through the healing process. Participation in individual counseling is not required in order to attend.
